The Self Regulating Hot Plate consists of the Hot Plate, control unit and cables, with a very compact and slim design. This high quality Hot Plate has a very uniform temperature distribution on the usable surface, indicated by the white frame. The Self Regulating Hot Plate is designed to keep the Hot Plate at the preset temperature, which is easily set by the operator within the range 27ºC to 45ºC.

Description

The lowest temperature at which the Hot Plate should be used is 2ºC above the ambient temperature. The Hot Plate itself consists of an aluminum plate with a device for maintaining the temperature (a heating element and a temperature sensor) and a flat casing – giving the plate its very low and compact design. The width of the plate allows the operator to rest the hands on the plate while operating. The Hot Plate can be cleaned or disinfected with any normal laboratory disinfectant.

A magnetic stainless Steel retractor table can be added for fixating the animal during surgery or fixating variable items. This is designed to be used with the ACD series of magnets, please visit accessories below.
