PDS II

PDS II

Ethicon PDS II is the second generation of monofilament sutures which structures provides a smooth passage through tissue. It is synthetic and causes minimal tissue reaction. Thanks to the extended time of tension strength in PDS II it has a wide range of surgical applications. As all monofilament sutures it is sensitive to mechanical stress e.g. needle holder why precaution should be used.
